Local Launch can be paid after you approve the preview when agreed in writing. Larger systems use the deposit and balance shown before launch.

TCF is founder-led from Greater Manchester. You deal directly with the team responsible for scoping and delivering the work.
The firm exists because capable local businesses still lose opportunities across missed calls, messages and disconnected tools. We build practical systems that organise that work.
Straight answers
When TCF agrees the pay-after-approval Local Launch offer in writing, we build a private version first. Approve it for launch and you pay. Do not approve it after the included revision and you owe nothing, and the build stays TCF property. Larger systems use a deposit before development and the balance before launch because they require more development, testing and configuration.
Your logo, services, prices, opening hours, contact details and usable photographs. Local Launch has a 48-hour target from a complete brief. The roofing enquiry system takes 5–10 working days from a complete brief.
The Local Launch website has no TCF monthly fee. Systems carry the monthly care price shown because they use a live database, hosting, email delivery and ongoing support. Domain registration and separately agreed third-party costs remain yours.
After full payment and launch, the agreed deliverables are handed over to your business. Third-party services and licensed assets stay subject to their own terms.
No, and I won't pretend otherwise. I build the website and the system that catches enquiries properly. Whether the phone rings depends on your demand, reputation, traffic and how fast you reply. Anyone promising you guaranteed leads is selling you something they can't deliver.
Yes — the Maintenance Operations System is built for exactly that: letting agents, HMO and portfolio landlords, and property operators who need every repair request captured, approved, assigned and tracked against the right property. £750 setup, then £149/month for up to 25 units. It is a software and implementation service — we do not act as a letting agent, collect rent, or take responsibility for contractor work.
